We've been opening mystery boxes since the very first CS:GO crates back in 2013 — long before the modern wave of platforms like Packdraw, Hypedrop and MrLoot existed. This site is what we wish we'd had back then: one place where every public review is collected, weighed and turned into a rating you can actually trust.
Who's behind it
We're a small, independent group of long-time mystery box players — six of us, spread across Europe and North America. Between us we've opened well over 40,000 boxes on a dozen different platforms, survived the rise and fall of half a dozen sketchy operators, and learned the hard way which sites pay out and which quietly disappear with your balance.
We started Packdraw Reviews after spending too many evenings arguing in Discord about whether a given platform was actually legit. Forum threads contradicted Trustpilot, Reddit contradicted YouTube, and affiliate-driven "top 10" lists contradicted everyone. The honest signal was buried under thousands of opinions — so we built a system to dig it out.
How the ratings are produced
Every score on this site is generated by the same three-step pipeline. No hand-picking, no paid placements, no favours.
1. Scrape
Our crawlers continuously pull public reviews from Trustpilot, Reddit, Discord, YouTube transcripts, dedicated review blogs and on-platform feedback for every major mystery box site we cover.
2. Analyse
A large-language-model pipeline classifies each review by topic (payouts, support, odds, shipping), detects sentiment, flags suspicious bursts of near-identical wording and down-weights reviews that look incentivised.
3. Score
What's left is aggregated into a single weighted score per platform, refreshed regularly so the ratings track reality — not a snapshot from a year ago.
What we stand for

Platforms cannot pay to raise their score or remove negative reviews. The AI sees the same data regardless of who's writing the cheque.
