Packdraw Country Availability: Where It Works (and Where It Doesn't)
Last updated June 28, 2026 · By Mira Halden, Senior reviews editor
Packdraw is operator-restricted in the US and roughly 20 other regions, and sources still disagree on whether US-issued cards can transact. Here's the cleanest 2026 summary we can give, re-verified against Packdraw's terms on the date in the footer.
US status
Operator-stated US restriction in place; some sources report card access still works for US users.
Some users in the US have historically been able to fund accounts with US-issued cards even when terms-of-service flagged the US as restricted. We treat this as unsafe, accounts flagged after a large win risk being frozen during KYC.
Other blocked regions
Restricted regions include parts of Europe and Asia in addition to the US.
The exact list rotates as Packdraw responds to local rulings. Always re-check Packdraw's own terms before depositing if you're in a borderline jurisdiction (UK, parts of the EU, Australia, Canada provinces).
Why availability changes
- Local gambling regulators reclassifying mystery boxes as gambling.
- Payment processors withdrawing support per-region.
- Specific lawsuits (e.g. Active US lawsuits reported (e.g. Minnesota, New York).) forcing operator-side restrictions.
If Packdraw isn't available in your region
Don't VPN around it, frozen balances during KYC are common and not worth the risk. Instead, check whether a legitimate alternative supports your country. MrLoot runs different geo-rules and is often available where Packdraw is not. See our full alternatives ranking.
Frequently Asked Questions

Packdraw applies geo-restrictions to roughly ~20 regions in addition to the US. The list changes, re-verify against the live Packdraw terms before signing up.
Using a VPN to bypass a platform's geo-restrictions violates Packdraw's terms of service and is a common cause of frozen balances during KYC. We don't recommend it.
